Rising seventh grader Brayden Nikitopoulos from A.C. Reynolds Middle School is flipping his way into the national spotlight after a standout performance at the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) gymnastics nationals in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Brayden placed second in the nation in the All-around - an incredible achievement for the young athlete. 

Brayden’s routines wowed the judges and the crowd, earning him first place ties on both vault and bars, second place on beam and floor, and an overall silver medal finish. His determination, focus, and athleticism have earned him a coveted spot on the AAU Junior Olympic team, which he will compete in Houston, Texas from July 22-26, 2025.
